You may return items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different color or model, please contact our customer service team at info@lauranceleon.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
